Jeff's dragster is a scaled down version of a dragster. It has a 5 HP Briggs & Stratton motor.It has a chain drive rear axle with short slicks.The front has small tires.It runs about 17 seconds @38 mph in 1/8 mile.
NHRA made this category of racing as a stepping stone for young drivers to get their feet wet in drag racing. This is becoming a great attraction at many tracks.
