** Starting July 10, 1973 vehicles built at the Pontiac plant only with sales paint code 74 (Florentine Red) built were painted with 1974 paint code 74 (Honduras Maroon). These vehicles have Body Plate build code of 07B or later.

2nd design 1973 thru 1975 Grand Am nose stripes used a solvent-activated adhesive.
